Laser Hardening

Laser hardening is the most advanced surface hardening technology.

The 6-axis robot on which the laser hardening head is mounted ensures precision and repeatability, so we can selectively harden the exact area we want to harden – avoiding the unnecessary introduction of unnecessary energy into the workpiece while minimizing hardening distortion.

It is possible to laser harden all materials that have more than 0.2% carbon in their chemical composition – so all available materials for hardening.

The maximum depth of hardening is 2.5mm.
